I have options .

It has lists of questions to ask your doctor, as well as checklists to help you keep track of your Crohn's symptoms and show your doctor how you're feeling, and how severe an impact the disease is having on your life.

That is a really nice site.  I actually fill out about 3 pages of questions just like the ones on the self-assessment part at my GIs office every time I have an appointment, and we sit an go over all of them, usually I find it really annoying to have to answer the same questions every time I go, but if it werent for that Im sure Id forget half the things I want to tell him lol.

Wow, Melissa, your doctor is organised! No doctor has ever given me anything like that. I usually just make my own list whenever I see a dr.

i brought a list of questions to my new(ish) gi and she seemed really annoyed. don't you feel as though you have to prove that you have this disease, sometimes? if it were diabetes or something, i think that we would be treated with a little more respect.

I agree. Great site. I have yet another new GI to see. Hopfully this guy will treat me as a person and not a number. Will be prepared.
