Still feeling revolting, so here are a list of things I can do in five minute power-runs.

* basic chores - shower, make bed, do dishes, try to get the house a little bit tidier than it is (shouldn't be too hard; it's tidyish anyway), 5 minutes gardening.
* make a list of the meds I will need to have delivered when my Humira comes (I didn't do it yesterday)
* if my Humira script arrives, ring the pharmacy and order it & other necessary meds
* get the food I can't eat out of the fridge and put it in the worm farm
* make stock (it's on the stove already)
* make carrot soup (half done already)
* clean cat sick off floor
* get smelly and scarily enormous cat poo out of litter tray and wash the tray (amazing how they wait until you're flaring to start making these messes eyes )
* drink more water than I have been, to see if it's dehydration that's making me feel so queasy
* 5 mins exercise, 1xstretching.
* devotions
* try to have an early night

Things I'd like to do, but they are still optional:
* run a vacuum over the central wooden floors (should take 2x5 minutes; more if I get enthusiastic and start doing other floors as well).
* bring the bin in from outside
* do a bit of filing or letter writing while watching bad tv this afternoon.

Other optional extras:
* get hair off legs
* paperwork (I didn't do it on Saturday)
* clear my desk, which is the messiest part of the house right now
* do a bit of kitchen cleaning - my usual Sunday chore
* do a bit of bathroom cleaning - my Monday chore
* run a duster over the obvious surfaces - Tuesday's chore
* phone someone / write letters or emails / send a note to a lady from church who is having a hard time.
* do five minutes ironing.
* journal
* start working on my inspirations folder
* do a bit more towards making pjs
* sow tarragon seeds

Have a good day, everyone,

Well, let's see tomorrow-
Take dog for long walk through neighborhoods,
do the dishes
cook an actual dinner
5x5 tidying

Ivy, your lists seem to get longer every day. I hope you aren't over doing.

Nah, it's only getting longer because the things I don't do each day get bumped over into the optional section. The basics are pretty much the same, I think.

Enjoy your long walk, sj, and the dinner (what are you making?).

My 12pm update - the stock and the soup is on the stove, and I've had a shower and made a list of the pharmaceuticals I need to have delivered. Am going to head off now and do filing etc with Dr Phil and All Saints. (My brain will be gloop if I ever get over this flare).

Im late today as I had a day of shopping with an old friend and a lovely Indian lunch - lots of rice and naan bread for me :)
Ivy - your list is huge, sorry you still are'nt 100% - have you gotten your Humira yet?
My son is suffering from allergies and if the meds dont help him improve within the week its of to the specialist we go - he needs this fixed as he has lost a lot of days off school this year.
Hope everyone has a good day

Hi Jo,

I'm sorry about your son's allergies. He must really be suffering at this time of year.

I'm impressed you could eat Indian! That says great things about your gut. How are you feeling?

My 4pm update - I've made the stock, and have cooked the soup and am waiting for it to cool so I can blend it. I've done some filing in front of the tv, getting rid of a stack of papers that has been sitting in the house for weeks, looking untidy. And I'm working on the dishes. That's it so far.

Oh, and most importantly, my Humira is being delivered this afternoon!!! I'm hoping to inject tomorrow :-)

Hope everyone's day is going well.

Glad to hear you are finally getting your Humira Ivy.
No matter how bad my gut is I can still eat Indian - funny I know - I think its the turmeric in it - who knows.

Mmmm, stew and naan and dahl... lucky you :-)

Would you believe the doctors actually had to post my script to Hobart (!!!) so it could be stamped with a special stamp, and then returned to them, and then to me?! No wonder it took the prescription 2.5 weeks to get back to me. The system must be run by a pack of dinosaurs - what's wrong with faxing, for pity's sake?
