Just to cap it all off, I'm now in a fibro flare (either that, or a drug reaction, but that's something I DON'T want to think about right now).

Keeping the basics small and simple, and planning to move for ten minutes, then rest for ten.

* basic chores - make bed, stay on top of dishes, get the house a little tidier than it is, 5 minutes gardening
* exercise for ten minutes, if I don't walk down the street. Do some stretching.
* wear special insoles for an hour
* meds
* devotions
* take out rubbish and recycling and composting
* try to eat sensibly, instead of grazing (I'm starving, after weeks of liquid diet) and eating sugar

Try to:
* make paddle pops using overripe fruit.
* make soothing chicken stew (done: it's in the oven and started cooking at 10.15, so I hope it'll be ready for lunch)
* put stew away
* make vegetable fritters
* clean up kitchen after cooking
* get washing off the line, if it dries today
* moisturise my feet

Bonus points:
* walk down street, return library book and get book from bookshop
* get hair off legs before they get really obvious and embarrassing

Ivy, sorry to hear about fibro, hope its not a reaction, that would be horrible, try not to do too much though.

Excellent! I'm looking forward to hearing them.

My 12pm update: made half the bed, the stew is in the oven. I've showered, moisturised the feet and am wearing the shoes and insoles. Oh, and I've taken out the composting.

Now to make those paddle pops...

Have a good lunch, Jo.

Ivy.

Ivy, I hope you start to feel better soon.

I need to clean the kitchen, do the laundry (started this today), start my billing so I don't have to do the whole thing sunday night, and do my quarterly taxes-yuck. The good thing is I can take almost a week to do all of these things.

4.30 pm. Made the stew and put it away; done the paddle pops. Moisturised the feet, worn the insoles, taken some composting out. Now I have to go and think about making the fritters and cleaning up the kitchen...
