omg, i am in so much pain, i have the feeling like someone is burning the inside of my stomach with a cigerette.  its just above my pelvis, but all over that area, and it hurts, it also made me have to go to the washroom right away, and of course it was the D, this is something new to me, something I have never felt, and it also feels like there is a lot of pressure, i feel as though Im gonna be sick.......
Has anyone ever felt this before?
thanks in advance

When I first got sick and my anal skin tags were giving me horrible pain, I had a severe, awful ache in my pelvic bone and area that was 17 yrs ago when I felt that and once it went away I thankfully never felt that again, but this was all just in the midst of me getting sick with crohn's so since I've never been in full remission I cannot say for sure if it's the onset of a flare because I've been flaring to some degree my entire 17 yrs...but that's the closest thing I've ever felt that you're describing.

:)
My bum is broken....there's a big crack down the middle of it! LOL :)

If you can, you might want to get to the ER.  I had that same feeling.  It felt like I was bloating and burning.  I was waiting for the acid to entirely eat my stomach through and after a few hours, I broke down and went to the ER.  My small intestine decided that it wanted a day off and I was partially obstructed and had to have my stomach pumped.  Unfortunately, I ate like a pig that day.  I ate spaghetti, potato chips and a bunch of cake and a roll and I was in misery.  I couldn't stand.  My back hurt, I was dry heaving and belching like a drank a case of beer.  I also ended up with diarrhea which I hadn't had in a long time.  Once my stomach was decompressed, I felt much better.  Hospitals are no fun.  I dread it happening again and going back.

I hope this passes for you and you don't have to go through it.

Hi fefi, this does sound familiar, it does feel like its burning, and its also in my abdomen now, im quite distended, and also have diarrhea, but i have to push to get it out, i know that sounds gross, but still burning
I really am afraid to go to the er because i dont want them to think im silly.
thanks again

They won't think that. They get all kinds of weirdos. I always tell myself that I am not the worst that they have seen. I have to feel like I am dying to go to the ER and I did that night. The burning was right in the middle of my stomach above my bellybutton. Gastritis (inflammation of your stomach) causes pain like that. I felt like I had eaten battery acid and was going to explode.

You really should go to the ER. I know how badly it sucks. They can do an xray of your stomach and see a little. My xray showed severe bloating of my stomach. The CT scan showed all of the fluid and undigested food. Basically everything I ate just sat there and mixed with acid. I barely threw up because I am not a puker. I wish I could have because I probably would have felt alot better.
