This post was number 1 when I logged in...
27 Year old married female law student (last year!!). Diagnosed w/ CD 4 years ago, IBS for over 10 years before that, which was probably the CD. I am sort of lactose intollerant too but can handle anything cultured and do well w/ lactose pills and lactaid. For crohns I am currently on Pentasa 4 pills/4x day and hysociamine prn. I also have bad acid reflux and have been on PPI's since age 13. I have been through prilosec, prevacid, and nexium. Currently I am on Protonix in the morning and Zantac at night. I also take a birth control pill to allow some fun in my life.

Yep, and it's on p.1 for me too.

Gail, could you check the scroll-down menu next to the "new topic" button on the front page of the Crohn's forum for me, please? My guess is that you have inadvertently changed the setting: if you have it set on "last comment" your posts might pop back to the front for you.

Let us know if that doesn't work,

Ivy.

On some computers you have to hit "refresh" for new material to show up. If that wasn't the case in the past I don't know why it is now. I have a system at work that I always think loses stuff but in reality I just had to hit refresh. Try hitting the green arrows near the address bar on your screen.

I'm not much help here, but I have issues when I post on my computer. Sometimes it just won't post. So I will do a copy, cancel it, and then re-post with a paste. BUT, my computer has an issue that my husband hasn't had time to fix. So I have been using his laptop for the last 6 months or so, but he's traveling this week and I had forgotten about this issue until now. So until he gets home, I'm using my daughter's computer, since she's away at college. You can try doing a copy/paste.

When I was in school my teachers often told me I was not on the same page as everyone else. I know this does not help you but its as technical as I can get.

Gail, I say again that if you check and reset the scroll-down menu, you might be able to resolve your problem. My guess is that you have it set on something other than "last comment", meaning that *for you*, your posts appear in a different order than they do to most of us.

Yes, I did say. It's the fourth post in this thread.

If you go to the front page of the Crohn's forum and look:
on the left-hand side,
beneath the highlighted "log off" section and
beneath the part that says HealingWell.com Forum > Diseases & Conditions > Crohn's Disease

you should see a "new post" button. Beside the "new post" button is a scroll-down menu. If you open it you can see lots of headings like "topic", "views", "posted by". If you make sure that the menu is set on "last comment", you might find that your posts pop back to the front of the forum.
