I wash my hands a lot, also carry hand sanitizer spray. you can also keep the house clean in case some of the germs make it in. I try to keep from catching things because it does take longer for me to get over it. Just do the normal routine, wash your hands well and keep away from sick people. Even if you are perfect you may still catch it. I have gotten the flu twice and I made it through it.

I would not worry too much.

Those are just the worst, I get so ill when I catch those. Lots of hand washing, hand sanitizer is good. Those things are so contagious though, it's hard not to catch it if your around people that have it. Schools have been closed down here over the past few years it went around so bad.

That stuff is everywhere right now. I saw several peeps at work that had it. I tried staying away from them, washing hands five, six times each day, hand sanitizer... still got that crud. Normal people were down 24 hours... me, almost three days. I ended up on a pillow on the bathroom floor for 12 hours.

CD immune systems... doing ya just NOT love 'em. I try to tell folks at work (where we all get stuck with the wonderful people that are sick and still come in) that I am autoimmune and to please keep a distance. (not too blunt, am I - hehe)

Hope I didn't frighten ya. Good luck!
