i had  a fairly large meal at around 10 p, and at 12 mn i started having a LOT of noises, and some RLQ pain. Now I feel like rolling on the floor- it is the worst pain that I have ever had. I have taken so many pain pills that I am afraid to take anymore. I am pretty sedated but it won't stop hurting. No fever, no d. My tummy is distended. I have never had a bblockage bef0re-is this what it feels like?

If you are having pains that come in waves much like labor, and are unable to pass stool or air from either direction, you could possibly have an obstruction. If it doesn't let up I would definetly go to the ER. Good lcuk!!
