Things I have to do:

* basic chores - make bed, stay on top of dishes, get the house a little tidier than it is, 5 minutes gardening, shower and wash hair
* devotions
* exercise and stretch
* take meds
* wear special insoles for a few hours
* 45 mins maximum Guide stuff

Things I'd like to do:

* make muffins for Tuesday
* work on inspirations folder
* do some writing for church
* walk to library and return library books
* finish cleaning kitchen
* listen to my favourite radio shows
* get clothes off line, if they dry

Optional extras:

* cook rissoles
* wander down to the art gallery and listen to the concert there

5pm. I haven't had much energy today and have been struggling with the basic chores. I've done most of the essential stuff except for exercise and gardening, but have made the muffins. They are in the oven and cooking, and that is a big weight off my mind - it means I'll have a reasonably healthy snack to eat while I'm getting an infusion on Tuesday.

Hope everyone else's day was more energetic and productive, sj, good luck with your busyness,
