anybody know what I can rinse with or buy over the counter for a sore mouth and tongue?  Any help is appreciated!!

I find Biotene works well. It is in the mouthwash isle and it is for sensitive mouths. It is soothing.
Diagnosed 2004 - Chrohns and UC - Currently on no medication.
Multiple other chronic illnesses and allregic to many things.

If you take lysine and folic acid its likely to go away faster. I find that rinsing with extreemly strong salt water (although it stings horribly at the time) makes it possible for me to eat without pain even when the sores are at their worst.
