Try to have a mind / body / spirit day.
* basic chores - make bed, stay on top of dishes, get the house tidier than it is, 5 minutes gardening (done), shower and wash hair (which I hate doing, because I have to rest for hours afterwards)
* clean kitchen... if not all of it, then the bits that look grimy.
Mind - avoid tv and radio
Body - eat mainly fruit and veg and try to avoid / reduce sugar and caffeine; wash hair; get hair off legs; give myself a pedicure.
Spirit - do some of Jo's yoga tape; read churchy book; devotions.
Bonus points for any extra laundry / cleaning that I do. More bonus points if I go for a walk or ring someone and chat. More still if I change the sheets on my bed, because they should have been done on Friday.
Oh yes, and I didn't do the paperwork yesterday
so will have to deal with that at some point - if not today, then soon.
