Try to have a mind / body / spirit day.

* basic chores - make bed, stay on top of dishes, get the house tidier than it is, 5 minutes gardening (done), shower and wash hair (which I hate doing, because I have to rest for hours afterwards) rolleyes
* exercise
* meds
* clean kitchen... if not all of it, then the bits that look grimy.

Mind - avoid tv and radio
Body - eat mainly fruit and veg and try to avoid / reduce sugar and caffeine; wash hair; get hair off legs; give myself a pedicure.
Spirit - do some of Jo's yoga tape; read churchy book; devotions.

Bonus points for any extra laundry / cleaning that I do. More bonus points if I go for a walk or ring someone and chat. More still if I change the sheets on my bed, because they should have been done on Friday.

Oh yes, and I didn't do the paperwork yesterday nono so will have to deal with that at some point - if not today, then soon.

Good luck to us all. Jo, I hope your foot starts to look as well as feel better soon. Sending super flare-fighting vibes to cinpro and cleaning vibes to April and resting vibes to Betsy. Leslie, you are lovely - what a selfless Saturday.

Sunday pacting is the same as Saturday...

-CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN!  Didn't do much of that today.  Instead I went out and about with the family.
-Also attend church in the a.m.

Oh, Jo, I'm sorry about your foot. And I'm sorry you have to drag yourself to the doctor's. This is one occasion when I think it would be nice if they came to you.

My day has been a bit of a write off because I'm still feeling revolting and have no energy. Still, I pulled a mound of old veggies out of the fridge and have stewed them up in a sort-of vegetarian casserole, and I can now have veggies on toast for the next x meals, so I suppose that's progress. Have also done the pedicure and the hair and *tried* to read the churchy book, but I was too tired to understand it.

It's 4pm and I'm succumbing to caffeine and chocolate, on the off chance that withdrawal is causing some of the symptoms I'm having. (Oh well, I *did* try) Mmm, chocolate...

Good luck at the dr's tomorrow, Jo. Go April, go!
