Good tips there from pb4 - I would definitely recommend sticking with a jello/broth diet for a day or two before you have to chug the trilyte. If you're already experiencing a lot of D, though, I would be hesitant to take all four tablets on top of the trilyte... I hate to be a bad influence, but I have skipped the tablets on several occasions and the doc never knew the difference. If your trilyte starts to clear you out almost immediately upon starting - I would give your guts a break and see if you can "run clear" without the tablets. I know it's bad to go against doc's orders, but some docs just don't seem to understand when your trouble is keeping things IN, not getting things OUT!
