Hi Peeps

Saw my GI doctor yesterday following my 8 week follow up appointment. After not much improvement of being on 200mg Imuran for the last 2 months and 150mg before that, he has suggested me to have a small bowel enema carried out via nasogastric tube to obtain clearer pictures than just drinking it. He has also placed me on 40mg of pred - 1 week then 30mg pred for another week and then switching it to entocort 9mg-6mg-3mg for another 3 months. My symptoms at the moment are continuous bloating, noisey hard stomach feeling which is very uncomfortable.. By the time I have my small bowel test done I would've been on these steroids for 2 weeks. Do you guys and girls think me being on steroids will hide any background problems which will then not show up on x ray?

Thanks for your responses
