Things I have to do:
* basics - make bed, do dishes, get the house a little tidier than it is, 15 minutes gardening, shower and wash hair
* go through fridge and get rid of anything that's going off
* put bins out
* exercise and stretch
* meds
* medicate my cat
* ring the vet
* ring my doctor
* devotions

Things I want to do:
* give myself a manicure
* clean the toilet
* wash toilet floor
* keep working on my letter
* go for a short drive (I didn't manage this yesterday, because I was waiting for a home delivery)
* curl up and read
* read last week's newspapers, so I can put them in the recycling tonight
* do some proper exercise, because I've been limited in what I can do and am feeling flabby
* have an early night

* ring another friend and chat
* go to church

And... keep chipping away at this week's wish list:

* go through answering machine and list unanswered calls
* ring three people (have rung two already, but only got their answering machines)
* write two letters
* take gift to neighbour
* 30 minutes Guide stuff
* afternoon tea on Friday
* write two of the emails that I owe

* do a few short drives, to get my confidence back
* try to keep doing little walks, arthritis permitting m

Christmas prep:
* start writing Christmas cards

* lay out
* cut out

* cut vines away from back fence
* water plants on nature strips and fence lines
* sweep paths, if the wind stops blowing
* pot the flowers I bought on Monday

* usual weekly cleaning, and
* tidy the plastics cupboard, and
* start hemming, and
* stay on top of ironing, now that I've finally caught up!!

Yes, April, it's normal. I'm sorry you have to deal with it.
