* basics - make bed, do dishes, shower
* exercise (done) and stretch
* get mtx injection
* tidy the house
* devotions
* meds

Will come back once I've done these and my head is clearer, and think about pacting and actually accomplishing something extra.

Spent all day yesterday at my son's football gala day in the sun and heat and although I wore my sombrero, sunscreen and long sleeves, today I feel a bit sunstruck :( Wish it was held today instead as it is much cooler and overcast.
Pacting today:
sort laundry
strip beds
remake beds
rest for work pm
Have a great Friday everyone
Jo

Hi Jo. The sun's wicked, isn't it? I wish there was a way to avoid the sunstruck effect... and I hope you feel better soon.

I have got the house a bit tidier than it has been, and have received the mtx injection. I'm sitting here with a cup of tea and making a list of all the odd jobs that are mounting up and making the house look untidy and will aim to start working on them today and over the coming week.

Do you happen to know if Australia Post has released the cheaper Christmas stamps yet?

Good luck with work this afternoon.

ps. I *am* weary. Constant temperature, arthritis, flu-like symptoms... My gastro thinks I'm reacting to the Humira :-( Am feeling a bit like a ticking time bomb, waiting for the more serious stuff to happen.

Do you think I could sue Nicola Roxon and the PBS authorities if I do end up having a serious reaction???

6.30 pm. Done nine things off the list. Hurray! Some of them have been sitting, undone, for a few months now.

Ivy, angelic.
