Hi. In addition to enzymes and metamucil, I have found Diet 7up helpful in calming an angry gut. Has anyone else had the same experience?

Diet drinks are suppose to be worse then regular sodapop for upset stomach.
But yes 7up, Sprite, Serria Mist, and Ginger Ale are all common home remedies for an upset stomach.

diet drinks are worse than regular soda in every way. they actually get you to eat more and drink more soda. so if you're on a diet and think drinking diet soda is a way to help you lose weight, you've been so cleverly deceived. no joke - check the research.

for an upset stomach, i find peppermint or ginger teas work wonders. also, digestive enzymes are great too.
