I don't know what to do. I told my doctor about this before how sometimes when use the bathroom have gallstones come out and very painful and get blood . He said problemly the crohn's disease messing with my gallbladder.I was wondering if anyone has experiening this or has any ideas what to do for it? Or is there anything do ? Because I don't know why take it off if it isn't bad. I got tested year ago or so. So I don't think it could be bad who knows . Every now and then get bad pain in right rib .

I you sure its gallstones you are passing and not kidney stones? If you are throwing gallstones they almost always take it out. Many Crohnies have to have their gallbladders out. Mine was taken out in 2002.

Good luck!

If it's the gallbladder, I'd get it taken out. It's a very easy procedure, and you recover pretty quick. I'm a big wienie, and did fine with it. I'm also very glad it's gone, because it's one less thing that can go wrong.

Good luck with whatever you decide to do!
