So this may sound kind of weird but I don't know who else to ask. Right at the very top of my butt, like where the crack is has been a little soar. I did not think anything of it and now that i feel back there it feels like there is a hard lump, and the pain is growing a little. Could this be related to the chrons? I went to my gi today and did not think to tell him because at that point it was not hurting and i did not notice the lump. I didn't know if i should just leave it alone and see what happens or go back and see my GI or just go see a normal doctor. -

Could be an abscess, or a fistula getting ready to break through. I have a sore spot in the exact same place. There's a little skin tag there, and I fear it might be a small fistula.

If it's painful, I'd go back and see your GI. He could lance it if it's an abscess, or give you some meds for it.
