I drink lots of boiled (tea kettle) water mixed a little bit with Juicy Juice. However, the water that I drink is ALWAYS room temperature, NEVER icy cold or hot. Extremely cold and/or hot liquids will stimulate the intestine and cause diarrhea. Juicy Juice has no added sugar or high fructose corn syrup. My favorite is strawberry banana. I pour a little bit of it, (perhaps a quarter of a cup, maybe a little less,) and the rest is water. It adds flavor , and makes plain water SOOOO much easier to tolerate. I do not drink ensure or boost since all the sugar upsets my stomach.
