Awesome! Thanks for sharing... :)
I think I am being picked on by life, sometimes. But's that okay. Life and I are good buddies... I know life doesn't mean no harm. It just is the way it is. I can accept that.

I get these emails regularly. You can sign up and they will send emails with new subjects regularly. You can also set up google alerts to send you info on news alerts etc about Crohns.

I think I found it about a year or so ago. I love it because I get regular emails when new stuff comes out or when they are going to have a special speaker etc on. Almost finished with the Pred. Kinda feel a little crampy today, if that continues I'll go back up 5mg and try going down a little slower.

Gail--Thanks for this. Just read a good segment on that site about elective surgery. Really helpful. I am to see my GI tomorrow and a surgeon next Tuesday. Hoping to wait til summer for surgery. Things are not working for me right now--feel terrible. Was good to do this reading and wil do a good deal more. THANKS!!

Hi Sammies click on the listen now button and you can hear it without having to read everything. Glad you got some help on the right hand side there are topics click on them, and then you will see the listen now button, some of the things on the right have two or three different subjects on there ,when you click on them. I was impressed with the different subjects and the info .lol gail

Hi Blossom Glad you enjoyed it and thought I'd bump it up as it is great for new and the older people here with crohn's. Great info I went in and listened to another part of it tonight. Perhaps the mods could put it somewhere that people could always have excess to it. ? lol gail
