* basics - make bed, do dishes, tidying. 15 minutes gardening (done)
* shine my kitchen and bedroom "sinks"
* exercise (done 15 minutes and will try to do more) and stretch
* devotions
* meds
* get up the street and do errands
* try to continue tackling all the housework & gardening & paperwork etc that has spun out of control over the last few months; work on my wish-list.

* Mental health - ring S and arrange an afternoon tea
* """"""""""""""" - spend 20 minutes reading for fun. Maybe do some embroidery.

I'm starting my first flare in almost 5 years so:

-follow up with GI first thing
-slowly attempt solid food
- get to the pharmacy to refill some Rx
- stay hydrated
- entertain the relatives who came into town for a visit
- rest

Hoping to stay in remission after the birth of a healthy baby girl. On Pentasa during my pregnancy, went med-free 2 months to nurse (stupid), but back on Pentasa and still nursing.

I'm so sorry you're feeling sick. I hope your Gi is able to give you some constructive help. *hug*
