Ok so I went to my surgeon and I told him about the bump in my vajayjay, so of course he wanted to take a look. LITTLE DID I KNOW, his idea of a "look" to to tell me to drop my pants and kneel down like im in church on this little bench/table thing and raise me up 5 feet in the air so my butt is at eye level to his face, then sticking....something into my butt and blowing air into it :( UGH.  I forget what he called it, prochdsuihdfhu something something...regardless I believe it should be outlawed! haha. But anyways, he has no idea what it is, he doesnt believe its a fistula though, so I have to wait until Feburary when I get insurance again to get an MRI.  He said it doesnt seem to be anything "dangerous" but he def wants to find out what it is and take care of it.  Blah just another thing to add to the list, but I guess im grateful its nothing horrible, that I know of as of now.

Was this a GI or a gyno - which ever it was try to see the other before your MRI.
27 Year old married female law student (last year!!). Diagnosed w/ CD 4 years ago, IBS for over 10 years before that, which was probably the CD. I am sort of lactose intollerant too but can handle anything cultured and do well w/ lactose pills and lactaid. For crohns I am currently on Pentasa 4 pills/4x day and hysociamine prn. I also have bad acid reflux and have been on PPI's since age 13. I have been through prilosec, prevacid, and nexium. Currently I am on Protonix in the morning and Zantac at night. I also take a birth control pill to allow some fun in my life.

My colon and rectom surgeon had one of those exam tables you're referring to...it's about the most humiliating things I've probably ever been on in my life.

:)

Good News Mag! Next time he puts you on that thing you should sing a tune for him if you didn't already from the open butt insert air routine! Hang in there!

lol....I have been on those tables many times...the first time was interesting! My surgeon won't do those exams because of my rectal issues unless I am put under. Is your bump painful? If it isn't than I would tend to think that it might be just a bartholyn cyst. My fistulas that have tunneled into the bartholyn glands have been very painful.
