I stopped at the pharmacy today and got my PEG3350 prep for Friday. I saw on the Rx that I was supposed to get the drink mix, and 2 bisacodyl tablets. Well, I didn't check the bag before I left, and they forgot to give me the tablets. Is it of utmost importance to get them? I know I'm not going to feel like stopping on my way home from work tomorrow. I dount they'll question whether they gave them to me, I don't think most people ask for more of those! I just don't want to deal with the hassle of it.

Rachael - 24 years old, diagnosed with CD in Dec. of 2004.

Currently on 20 mg of Prednisone, 2.4mg Lialda, and 100mg Azathioprine.

I thank God every day for an amazing support network of family, my boyfriend who has been there since the beginning, and my friends who never waver.

I've done the prep with just liquid only for the most part, there was really only one time a GI had me take dulcolax pills along with the liquid prep and it's really only just to ensure things are running through as clear as possible...I really don't think it's a big enough deal if you don't grab them and just use the liquid prep.

My bum is broken....there's a big crack down the middle of it! LOL :)

I'm not telling you what to do, but I never take the tablets. They give me too much cramping. The mix itself is enough for me! Good luck with whatever you decide. Blessings, Julie
