Hi everyone, Well I got rejected from RemiStart. They said since I work for the government I can't not get the help with the cost of Remicade. So it looks like i may have to stop the infusion's because I still owe my GI doctor's
office $ 5000.00

Hi Teddy I cain't believe they aren't going to help you with this and what are you going to do now for meds? Are there any other resourses you can try ? I think you should reapply also and not give up. Were they helping you before ? Hope you are not under too much stress bad enough to have crohn's without the worry of getting meds. Keep in touch and let us know how things are going. Are there any laws that say you are being discriminated against because of your job? lol gail

What kind of a system is that?  I really don't understand...  Here in Greece if you are sick, you deserve medication, no matter what you do for a living.

Nevertheless, I hope you will find another solution.  This must be very frustrating....

I agree, you need to try again. Maybe this time get an advocate who knows about such things.
