ARE AMAZING!!!!

I think I might NEVER use regular toilet paper again. AND...I am thinking that they should be covered by insurance....although that wouldnt help me because I am uninsured.

Sorry I know this is a pointless post but I just had to share.....anyone else know the satisfaction of Preperation-H wipes?

I like regular old charmin wipes better.
27 Year old married female law student (last year!!). Diagnosed w/ CD 4 years ago, IBS for over 10 years before that, which was probably the CD. I am sort of lactose intollerant too but can handle anything cultured and do well w/ lactose pills and lactaid. For crohns I am currently on Pentasa 4 pills/4x day and hysociamine prn. I also have bad acid reflux and have been on PPI's since age 13. I have been through prilosec, prevacid, and nexium. Currently I am on Protonix in the morning and Zantac at night. I also take a birth control pill to allow some fun in my life.

I have anal fissures and they are VERY much more gentle than regular toilet paper.

I have fissures that come and go. I use both. - first the Cottenelle wipes then regular toilet paper. Sure does cut down on the amount of TP that I use.

Heck! I have setons that are hard to clean. When I'm home, I straddle the tub and use the shower sprayer to clean up. No toilet paper at all, and no irritation from wipping or from the chemicals in wipes!
Diagnosed early 2007 with rectal Crohn's.  Several peri-rectal abscesses and two fistulas with setons.  Allergic to Remicade and Humira.  Currently on 6MP.

I've been so tempted to try those sometimes...glad to hear that they work? I tried something before with witch hazel that seemed to work pretty well when I had hemorrhoids..are the preparation-h wipes terribly expensive?

I actually use the Summers Eve wipes, even tho they are for your V.  But I use the sensetive skin kind, and it helps with oder too which some of us get from constantly going to the bathroom. I got 16 of them for 1.66 at walmart, not TOO expensive, I use maybe one a day if Im feelin a lil dirty lol.

The Prep-H wipes are not too expensive. Its like five dollars for 50. They last a while too.

I'm right with you Becca!  I've been using them for a couple years now and LOVE them!  I would get them no matter the cost.
