I have been having lots of GI issues cramping and D. So inital though (mine and GI's) was a Crohn's flare. I have Crohns and had to have 2 ft removed after several years of trying to treat it b/c it finally closed off and wouldnt open back up. So far tho the test are indicating no active Crohns at all. CT and now Idieum scan (sp?) I do have one more screen of that tho in the morning they tested first at 4 hours and passed it now just the 24 hour one. So I'm wondering do ppl that have Crohn's or whatever you actually say when its in remission do yall know if they maybe get IBS too. At this point i mean im really hoping for that praying actually for that and no a crohns flare b/c they can treat that easier. I am a little worried about googling around b/c I have been worried as well as in a semiprivate room (now private) where i heard a lady be told she has cancer that really isnt treatable so I dont want to get myself freaked out that its something horrible if you understand what I mean. Thanks a bunch!

I have been diagnosed with both. They caught the IBS before the crohn's appeared, but they still consider me as having IBS because I still have active symptoms at times (like right now).

I'll cross my fingers for you! Hope you get to feeling better soon.
