How are we going with our New Year's resolutions?

I have been taking more trouble with my appearance, and people are noticing and commenting on how well I look shocked , which is encouraging! tongue

Anyone else?

I can't remember mine..I also forgot the name of someone who I can't even remember but I know that I was supposed to. I just woke up though...perhaps it will come back? I think it had to do with diet. I also remember there was something else I was supposed to remember to write down to do but I forgot that too...ugh.

Which, if that's the case, I'm doing pretty well!! I cheated a few times with chocolate soy milk, but am staying with pretty safe foods and seeing good results :)

For the first time ever I am doing wonderful w/ a new years resolution but it was not crohns related. I am SUPER messy and my husband is VERY neat. Typically my bedroom looks like a bomb went off in my closet. Part of the reason is my husband goes to bed before I do so in order to not wake him I leave clothes on the floor rather than hanging them up. (At least things I would wear twice like jeans). I also rarely used my hamper and when the pile got big enough (aka about 4 loads of laundry) I would finally do it. So starting a little before the first I started putting all my clothes in the hamper or hanging them up. Once a week (rather than once a month) I am doing the laundry. Any time that little hamper looks full, I do it. And my room is SO much cleaner, and I actually kind of like it.
27 Year old married female law student (last year!!). Diagnosed w/ CD 4 years ago, IBS for over 10 years before that, which was probably the CD. I am sort of lactose intollerant too but can handle anything cultured and do well w/ lactose pills and lactaid. For crohns I am currently on Pentasa 4 pills/4x day and hysociamine prn. I also have bad acid reflux and have been on PPI's since age 13. I have been through prilosec, prevacid, and nexium. Currently I am on Protonix in the morning and Zantac at night. I also take a birth control pill to allow some fun in my life.
