tips for stomas and bags

   1) change the bag 1 or 2 hours before bed so it does not leak at night
 
   2) add extra wings or tape to the bag before going out
 
   3) have a bath or shower before changing the bag to prevent pain and it makes it easier to take it off
 
   4) don't eat before changing the bag to stop it producing
 
   5) if you want to stay in bed on the weekend then empt the bag as it will be full

smhair Seems like a good ABC that can be stuck up on the fridge for those of us with brain fog.smilewinkgrin
