Help!! Azathioprine/Breastfeeding

Hi, i am on azathioprine medication and i would like to breasfeed my baby. I had an appointment with my GI and he told me that is safe . Is there anyone here that know something about??? My doctor send me a letter with an article Azathioprine treatment during lactation, but i cannot open. Thanks


I am 26 weeks pregnant, feeling great, i will see my OB tomorrow and in two weeks time another scan.

100mg imuran , pregnancare and fish oil.
