Just wondering what sort of probiotics peeps use? I'm currently using the Natren range which I find quite good. I have been reading about Primal Defense and considering giving it a go... has anyone had any experience with this one?

I take acidopholus.. I think the brand is Origin; I buy it at Target.

I think CrazyHarry uses Primal Defense. I've purchased it before, too, but we mostly use Theralac. I order it online--you can read about it if you google it.

I like primadophilus reuteri, it has guaranteed intestinal release, it also aids with lactose intolerance, high cholesterol and for women, vaginal health (still fine for me to take though)...only one/day is needed and it's affordable...plus it's not full of a bunch of preservatives and/or sugars of any kind.

I've been using Primal Defense since last fall. Hard to say if it's been of benefit -- haven't gotten much better, but at least I'm not getting worse.

Expensive stuff, though.

I just use a lactobacillus probiotic. It works well for me.
