use natural anti-inflammatory supplements, bee propolis, omegas 3-6-9, vitamin A, vitamin C-Calcium ascorbate, chamomile tea, I also use a good probiotic daily and a fibre supplement daily as well and I've altered my diet, no more junk-food (fast-food, processed foods/beverages, animal fats, caffeine, refined sugar, artificial sweetners, instead I use Stevia or honey), has most definitely helped my symptoms, not 100% full remission because I have some complications with my IBD but it's better than when I was going 30+ times a day with tons of blood, mucus and lower back pain putting me in tears on a daily basis. I now go on average 5X/day which is a lot better than the 30+ I was going, and no more bleeding or pain.
Just know what works for some doesn't work for all and that often it is a combination of a few things that work better than just one supplement.
My bum is broken....there's a big crack down the middle of it! LOL :)
