Well, one thing to think about
for you, personally, is how aggressive you want to be at this point in your treatment. You're pretty early on in your diagnosis, so you may want to opt for the less scary (usually pill-based) therapies and take it slow... sometimes drugs take a while to show their effectiveness, so your doc might suggest steroids to help you through until the others "kick in". Then again, if your quality of life is really suffering, and your doc thinks that your guts are in bad shape - you may want to start at the top of the drug-food-chain with something a little more aggressive like Remicade.
Once you decide how aggressive YOU want to be, then you can narrow it down with your doc and find a med that you're comfy with... Don't let him call all the shots!
