Hello everybody!
I have been on Humira since Dec/2008 I Have been feeling great, but I have not done #2 since last sunday, my stomach is kind of big and since yesterday I am feeling some mild cramps, I am feeling all bloated and nothing comes out! I have an appointment with my GI on monday, but I am getting a little worried, could it be an obstruction?

Have you talked to your doctor about taking a mild laxative? Usually it's not something you're supposed to jump to, but sometimes my doc will have me take a partial dose to see if it helps. Maybe you could call your doctors office and speak with whoever is on call and ask if that's an option. I'd definitely only do that if you speak to the dr first, because I don't know your history, and sometimes it could cause more problems.

If you do have an obstruction, it usually causes A LOT of pain. Intense waves of pain like labor pains. Also, you would be nauseous, and possibly have problems holding food down. If you do get to that point where you're in a lot of pain, go to the ER and get help.

I hope it doesn't get to that point, maybe things will "relieve" themselves this weekend!

I think you got some pretty good descriptions of obstructions so I wont say anymore on that, but maybe you could talk to your doc about Miralax. Miralax is a gentle laxative that is good for us Crohnies. I use stool softners daily to keep my stools softer and easier to pass. Just a thought.
