I don't know why I don't know the answer to this but:

I have had 17 medication changes since my last appointment with my rhuematologist 15 weeks ago.  Some of them she knows about because I phoned her and she ordered them over the phone.
Some of them like changes in the amount of prednisone she is aware of because I told her on the phone how much I was taking and she said to reduce it as I could-but she doesn't know the dates.
Some of them my opthamologist may have told her about since he wrote her a letter sumarizing my condition (uvititis)
Some were ordered by my primary so my rhuemy doesn't know about them.

So, does she want a timeline with all of those changes?
I wrote one today (1 page) during a bored moment at work.
I also have a list of current medications-would she rather just have that.

absolutely, bring as much information as you can, it cannot hurt you in the slightest. ALthough most doctors are not Pharmacologists, they have electronic information available very quickly that can tell them if those meds should be mixed or not. Good luck, I know the ferris wheel routine of meds too!!
I am a pre-30yr. old who has been diagnosed with Crohn's for 14 years.  Symptoms change from cramping and weight loss to severe anemia with fatigue and diarrhea.
I'm DONE (D-O-N-E, DONE!!!) with immuno-suppressants.  Tremble, yee Pharmacuetical companies, for you will not withstand the aggressive onslaught of our healing!
new prescription from natural doc,
3.5 grams Chlorella daily.
4.5 mg Low Dose Naltrexone nightly.
