I just skimmed through some of your blog postings, and I'm impressed! You write very well and have a lot of good info- your blog is bookmarked. I've been managing my Crohn's through diet for the last five years, but as of the last few weeks am finally realizing I need more help. Alternative remedies definitely have a positive appeal over the harsh chemicals in pharmaceuticals, and I've been looking for a good resource to answer my questions Thanks for sharing!

I'm on my way out the door, but I wanted to welcome you to Healingwell, Indie. It's a good place, and I'm glad you found it.

I look forward to peeking at your blog later.

Best wishes, and again - welcome!
