For what it's worth, I was having leaky bloody hemorrhoids, and they got cleared up in three days by doing that lemon juice, maple syrup, cayenne pepper Master Cleanse thing.  Apparently, some other websites recommend a glass of water with a little cayenne pepper in it to clear it up, and it worked for me.  For what it's worth.  I did this Master Cleanse for about three days.  I think I will do the full ten days sometime this summer.
I am a pre-30yr. old who has been diagnosed with Crohn's for 14 years.  Symptoms change from cramping and weight loss to severe anemia with fatigue and diarrhea.
I'm DONE (D-O-N-E, DONE!!!) with immuno-suppressants.  Tremble, yee Pharmacuetical companies, for you will not withstand the aggressive onslaught of our healing!

I am not surprised that your rectal leaking stopped after doing the "Master Cleanse." The laxative formula one must take for the master cleanse process is akin to a colonoscopy prep. Then with no solid food going in, there shouldn't be anything in your rectum to leak out. Not having a bowel movement would give hemorrhoids a chance to heal and not be subjected to increased pressure from having a BM.

That said, the master cleanse program is not something someone with Crohn's should attempt until they have talked to their gastroenterologist. Even Hollywood stars that have used the master cleanse for weight loss have cautioned against using this program.
