Aaaaargh...I was doing so well for so long.  I am having all the yucky flare signs...perianal tearing, nausea, dehydration AND worst of all the yucky looking blotches down my lower arms (had a cold that I should have suspected as a virus and this rash would reappear).  Those stupid little pellets from the pentasa are just irritating my tushy further

I am throwing my nephews girlfriends baby shower this weekend, making two duck cakes for it and all the food and driving it 1.5 hours away.  Making sure the cakes survive the trip WAS my biggest worry.  Now I just want to make the trip without a potty break and not have anyone see the ugly rash on my arms.   i don't want anyone to think I am contagious or a leper.

I am truly appreciative of my detachable shower head, neosporin w/ pain reliever on the tushy, grape and orange G2 beverage and long sleeves even with spring coming right now.

Now is the time to think one day at a time.....
Dx'd '90 (emergency rupture), symptoms ignored long before that, '03 fistulas and bad flagyl reactions, B12 weekly, Pentasa [until I surrender to the bigger meds]
I'm riding on the escalator of life....

I'm sorry this is coming up...and always at the best time right? Good luck with all of that too. It seems like you have everything under control regardless :) It's just nice to do it all without the flare symptoms....much room for sighing I think.

Good attitude. I'll try to keep that all in mind and hope you are doing better soon.

That sucks, Habs... It seems like a lot of people seem to have flares at the worst of times....
I think I am being picked on by life, sometimes. But's that okay. Life and I are good buddies... I know life doesn't mean no harm. It just is the way it is. I can accept that.
