Hi all,   Haven't written in a awhile but do come on often to check on everyone.  My doctor wants me to start Cimzia.   I  have fistulas  r/v and r to skin.  Haas anyone had good luck with the healing of fistulas with Cimzia?  I hate to take more drugs if they aren't going to do any good. Appreciate yoour help.   Thanks, Cathy

We were told the same thing by my daughter's gi and surgeon.  She's waiting for approval from Cimzia for their assistance plan because her insurance won't cover it.

I was approved for financial aide for Cimzia, I do not have insurance. I get my third set of shots this afternoon. So far my joint pain is much worse, my tendinitis is worse and my guts are no better. I have ulcers in my small intestine and don't know if it is helping them or not yet. If I don't feel better soon I will most likely stop the drug as my quality of life is worse. I'm taking Vicodin for the pain and may need to up the dose.

I hope you are feeling better soon.
