Tysabri. Remicade if you haven't tried it. Ask about drug studies in your area. There are at least 3 clinical trials going on that may help.

Ne Ne,

I was nervous at first when my doctor suggested Remicade also, but don't let it scare you.  I haven't been on it yet, I am trying Humira instead, but that is almost entirely because of insurance reasons (Humira ended up costing less out-of-pocket for me).  If you had adverse effects on Humira, I think it would be a good idea to discuss Remicade with your doctor.  Good luck with your decision.  I hope you find something that works for you.

Remicade has been working for over a year for me....You have to try things before you can say you don't like them. It's my new thing with this disease--I'll try it once---twice if I like it.
