Many healthy people have cysts on their livers that are discovered usually when they have ultrasounds or other tests. Most have no problems with them. They are usually nothing to worry about and they don't do anything with them.
I wouldn't worry too much about it. Could you possibly be having some gallbladder problems? Maybe thats why you have the upper right side pain. I have had my GB out already, and I always have pain in my upper right side of my rib cage. I think mine is just referred pain from my intestines or possibly adhesions. Good luck on your tests.
