Feeling great on Cimzia so far, but do they have to have the word death in all the warning labels!

Had first shot of Cimzia 9 days ago. So far, no cramps, solid BM, and an increased appetite. (I forgot that eating can be enjoyable!)
But everything I read on Cimzia talks about the risks...this could lead to death, cancer...etc.
It scares the crap out of me (pun intended...LOL.)
Anyone else freaked out about warning labels on their meds?

Well, you have to consider that these side effects are EXTREMELY rare. In fact, it's far more likely you'll die of complications from Aspirin use (just read up on possible side effects, you'll never use it again). But they have to report it, some people have died so it's a real risk. I wouldn't worry too much about it though, almost EVERY drug has potentially serious side effects, but you still use them without thinking twice.

I'm on Cimzia, I've had 3 sets of shots so far. I try not to think about the bad possible side effects. Just wash your hands in hot water alot and go to the doctor if you feel sick.

The most serious drug I am on is Imuran, and even that scares me! Unfortunately, the fact that those side effects are "rare" does not comfort me.
Dx with Crohn's Colitis; Meds: Pred and Imuran; female in late 20s.
