I had ileocecectomy in Feb.

I checked sed rate on 4/5 and it was 20.

On 4/24/09 it is 28.

I take Remicade every seven weeks and 50 mg imuran.

Should I be concerned my SED RATE increased. My CBC and liver panels are normal.

SED measures inflamation and although that is a slight increase it really is only a slight increase. You could see that much of an increase from a hang nail.
Talk to your doc if you are worried.

I am not sure, but I don't think that is really considered high at all. I believe those levels are more normal.
