Onthecan JEN, HI, WOW! What a list! I have sbbo, which stands for small bowel bacterial overgrowth. It's where bacteria have grown in abundance in the small bowel or small intestine and they proceed to digest my food before I get to. The result is massive bloat and distension, painful pelvic area, difficulty breathing, pressure from pelvic area to above the rib cage, water retention in the hands and feet, weight gain AND loss of a few to ten pounds overnight, fatigue, irritability(go figure) my torso goes up and down in girth up to 8 inches within hours, constipation, loss of appetite, nausea, and feining for food. I have been following the specific carb diet with success except for this past week after a few too many food choice indescretions. I currently use just a multiple vitamin, b12, fish oil capsules, xifaxin, dicyclomine, and probiotics in the form of homemade yogurt. I also have IBS AND GERD. My dr. gave me a breath test that proved I have the bacteria problem. I see Dr. Mark Laukka from Prevea HEALTH 920 4964700, Green Bay , WI. HE figured my problem out when no one else could. P.S. I spend my life in the kitchen making everything from scratch and I bring my laptop in there so I can do something else while everything cooks, as for the hotdog stand, I have yet to make a homemade one!!!!!
