I just got home last night after traveling for 22hours.  It was hard but I made it.  I see my GP this afternoon as I cant get in to see a GI till June.  Hopefully my GP will be able to do most of the tests I need done.

I also am feeling bettter overall.  It is just getting my strength back.  I know all of you can relate that the hardest this at times can be the hardest part when you are feeling better or at least on the way to better yet you still dont have the enegry to do anything.

I will keep you in touch with what my doctors find. Thank You so much for all the support you have given me over the last few weeks!!!!!

So glad you made it home!! How did you end up doing it? Did you go first class? What a rough time you have had. Did you take your exams, postpone them, medically withdraw?
27 Year old married female law student (last year!!). Diagnosed w/ CD 4 years ago, IBS for over 10 years before that, which was probably the CD. I am sort of lactose intollerant too but can handle anything cultured and do well w/ lactose pills and lactaid. For crohns I am currently on Pentasa 4 pills/4x day and hysociamine prn. I also have bad acid reflux and have been on PPI's since age 13. I have been through prilosec, prevacid, and nexium. Currently I am on Protonix in the morning and Zantac at night.  I take xanax prn for situational anxiety (aka no easy bathroom access).

My dog remembered me and has been followiing me around all day. I had to postpone my exams, at least I am applying it has to be approved by a committee. My mom hasnt made me soup yet but I am begining to eat normal food again. LOL. I flew first class home, but other than there being a little more room to move around and better food the seats were just as uncomfortable as coach. To say the least I was glad when I finally made it home and got off the plane.

Thank You again for all the support you have given me.
