I have crohns and I am on 6MP. At present I have my Crohns under as much control as possible.
I am wondering if anyone has had issues or any advice re concieving.
I am worried and any advice will be greatly appreciated.

You didn't say if you are male or female. If female, I'd just get checked out by the GI to make sure all is well. I talked to mine and my PCP before trying. We adjusted my meds then started trying. It took a bit longer than I expected but in the normal range. Good luck to you.
Hoping to stay in remission after the birth of a healthy baby girl. On Pentasa during my pregnancy, went med-free 2 months to nurse (stupid), but back on Pentasa and still nursing.

Sorry I am female. I have been over everything with my GI and I am to stay on the 6MP. Everytime I see him he asks are you still trying, your young, plenty of time. He says Crohns doesnt interfere with falling pregnant unless in a severe flare. It just isnt happening and I am getting frustrated. I read the pregnancy forums but I feel like I dont yet relate.
