Hello isergodur, and congrats with the Eurovision Song Contest and your nations beautiful song! (I come from the country where the winner song was: Fairytale ;-)
I am using LDN and I know how you can do it. LDN is made from (compounded) Naltrexone which is a medicine given to block the opioide receptors for those who are heroin addicts and for those with alcohol problems (addicts). They get this medicine in doses of 50 - 200 mg or more each day. Low dose naltrexone is taken at most 4.5 mg. A pharmacy has to compound it to get pills on 1.5 mg or 3.0 mg or 4.5 mg. Those are the most common doses. In the US there are a pharmacies doing this, but I don't know how they do it on Island. Where I come from- only one pharmacy is compounding the 50 mg pills into smaller, and then all the other pharmacies orders the LDN from that particular pharmacy.
You may check out if your custom rules are allowding you to order medicine from the US: because there is a pharmacy that sells 50 mg Naltima (naltrexone) online, the pharmacy is listed at the yahoo group where you can go and ask questions about LDN to learn more. The yahoo group is the one with most members - there are some different LDN groups at the yahoo.com, but the biggest one also have a lot of Crohns patients that can givce you support. They also can tell you how to dilute the 50 mg capsules into 50 ml of destilled water and how to measure it to do it in the correct way as the pharmacists has taught them. The group has doctors, professors in pharmacy and other medical staff as active members to help the entire group when necessary. It's free to register there, and you don't have to ask a question, just read the posts and do your own research. This was how I learned a lot about LDN prior to start using it. I have used LDN for two years, it has definately calmed down my disease and I have had great benefits. Even children with Crohns is using this medicine. They get it as a transdermal cream so that their parents just put it on the inside of the arm wrist every night. And the kids diarrhea improves together with all the other symptoms.
I suggest that all that are interested in LDN do their own research, there is a phase 2 going on now at Penn State University for those with Crohns and LDN, and so far it seems that the results are promising. (I often read posts that the participants are posting the group to tell us how they are doing). Learn more at: www.ldninfo.org
