Can someone with Crohn's donate bone marrow?

You need to call your local registry. I am guessing that you would not be allowed to because people with other autoimmune diseases [RA, lupus, MS, etc] are ineligible. My local blood bank has criteria listed on their website for joining the local registry. Perhaps you can find yours online.
