I really notice a difference in my bowel movements when I take a mild anti-depressant or other sleeping pill at night. It's as if it is the only way my body gets all the way to sleep? My trips to the lu are less frequent and more formed come morning.
If I don't sleep well, lets just say, I'm popping out a 100 pennies instead of any rolls of quarters! And I NEVER feel DONE.
Anyone else notice a correlation between sleep and better poops?
Any suggestions on how to SLOW things down without popping these pills?
