off work again but not coz of crohns

Hi All, well i had been back at work for 3 weeksand just getting back in the swing of things. had a phone call on tues to say don't come in for a while is there are two confirmed cases of swine flu in the school, so it has finally hit Windsor!!! i hope they are still going to pay me  hope you are as well as can be. Diagnosed with crohn's at 13 now 42
resection, right hemi 1993 In remmision from 93 till last sept with no meds or docs
2 resections small bowel  and fistula jan 09 and given temp stNo maintance drugs as such on B12 shots,iron syrup,loperimide, 
was on 20mg EScitaliopram.changed to Sertraline 50mg

Be sure to take good care of yourself. I think with all our problems we are a little weaker than most and might be more susceptible to getting ill. If you start feeling flu like, get in touch with your doctor right away, they have a med they can give you if you catch it within the first 48 hours. Hope you don't get this.

Been living with Crohn's Disease for 33 years. Currently on Asacol, Prilosec, Estrace, Prinivil, Diltiazem, Percoset prn for pain, Zofran, Phenergan, Probiotics, Calcium  w/Vit D, and Xanax as needed for my anxiety.  Resections in 2002 and 2005. Also diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, Osteoarthritis, and Anxiety. Currently my Crohns is in remission, but my joints are going crazy!

Swine flu in Wisconsin is horrible. I think we lead the nation in the number of cases and we are not proud of that. My nephew and niece both contracted it last week. The whole family had to be quarntined for 7 days and had to take some kind of swine flu pills. My mother who babysits them also had to take pills and be quarntined. It's a nasty virus/disease and I hope it gets under control soon.
Diagnosed with Crohns in 2001
First and hopefully last Ileocecectomy 2/18/2009

Medications: Asacol, Precription Folic Acid, Multivitamin, 1000mg Calcium, Vitamin D, Probiotics,  Monthly B-12 injections.

Living a Great life with my Wife and my two Chocolate Labs
Hunter & Hailey.
I love them dearly.
