Oh yeah, I get grumpy too. I try really hard not to take it out on others, but it can be hard sometimes. You are not alone there.

Oh yeah, just ask my husband...we can't help it, it really sucks to deal with our bowel issues and some days are worse then others. Don't beat yourself up over it, give yourself permission to have the bad day. It will eventually pass.

I always joke at work.... "If you don't have an Angus burger in your hand, just walk away ...." LOL

I am the eternal happy person, always laughing and smiling.. HA! people are getting to see a new side of me--- the "haven't eaten a normal meal in 6 months, grumpy, fire in my tummy, not-so-smiley girl"! my poor 6-year old son doesn't know who this woman in his Mom's body is! My family is getting pretty good at knowing when to run. lol

you're entitled to a crappy day... we all have them... go for it, wallow and have a nice bubble bath, do you like to read?

I hope you feel better soon

I hate not being able to predict when I am going to feel sick. It makes it so hard to make plans! I get weepy when I feel lousy, and feel cheated out of my life! I hope you feel better soon.
