Hello, I will be traveling to Puerto Vallarta in Nov. and I asked my doc about what to eat and not to eat.  He directed me to the CDC website which was of no help to me whatsoever, just a bunch of stuff on the H1N1 virus.  Has anyone ever traveled there and could you please give me some advice on what not to do?  THanks!  Nancy
